Common things
My score did not appear on the leaderboard
Guest runs never rank — that is what guest play is. If you were signed in and the score still did not appear, the server rejected the run as unverifiable. That is almost always a connection dropping mid-run. Play it again; if it keeps happening, write to us with your nickname and the time it happened.
I bought lives and did not get them
Open Settings → Restore purchases. If they still do not appear within a few minutes, write to us with the date of the purchase; Apple's receipt is enough for us to find it.
How do I cancel a subscription?
iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Duck → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. It happens immediately and it cannot be undone.
Somebody's nickname is offensive
Use the report control next to their leaderboard entry, or write to us. We read every report.
The game runs badly on my phone
Tell us the device and the iOS version. The simulation runs at a fixed rate independent of the display, so a stutter is a rendering problem and it is one we can usually find from the device model alone.
